IPGizmo provides IP and WHOIS/RDAP tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Data we collect
- Request data: the IPs, domains, and parameters you query.
- Technical logs: your public IP, user agent, timestamps, response status, and basic performance metrics for abuse prevention and reliability.
- Cookies: essential session cookies; optional analytics cookies if enabled.
- Analytics: aggregated usage metrics; we do not build personal profiles.
How we use data
- Operate and improve the site and APIs
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Respond to support and legal requests
Legal bases (EU/UK)
- Legitimate interests: security, debugging, service operation
- Consent: non-essential cookies/analytics where required
- Contract: if we offer paid features or APIs
Sharing
We may share with infrastructure/analytics providers under contract, and with authorities if legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Server logs: up to 30 days (security/debug)
- Abuse records: as long as needed to protect the service

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals for non-essential tracking.
Children
Not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
